Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a Lift Operator for Brian Head Resort in Utah for the Winter 2026/2027 season. You will monitor lift operations, assist guests with loading and unloading, and report any issues to maintain safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are outdoor enthusiasts who can work in cold, windy conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay flexible for weekends and holidays throughout the season.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years of age.
Reliable, punctual with strong work ethic.
Enjoy outdoors, mountains, and staying active.
Able to work in extreme weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsibilities

Monitor lift operations and ensure guest safety.
Assist guests with loading/unloading, including children and beginners.
Report issues promptly to promote lift efficiency.
Relay information to guests and team members.
Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions on the mountain.
Other duties as assigned.
