• Able to work outdoors in all weather and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including staffing and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising operators and scanners.
• Monitor lift operator performance and provide feedback or corrective action.
• Ensure safety by knowing laws, policies, and mountain procedures.
• Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Take on additional training to support ticket scanning as a Team Lead Lift Operator.
• Perform other duties as assigned
