Job summary

Park City Mountain is hiring the Ski and Ride School Assistant Manager for the Park City Ski and Ride School leadership team. You will supervise front-line operations under the Location Manager, delivering our guests an Experience of a Lifetime in a salaried full-time seasonal role.

The position requires PSIA/AASI Level 1, one year in a Ski & Ride School, strong English, and MS Office skills, with a starting wage of $52,000 to $65,433 for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Housing is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year working in a Ski & Ride School.
• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent foreign certification.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Fluent in all aspects of English.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Ski and Snowboard instructors.
• Assign daily tasks and make lesson assignments for instructors.
• Report instructor lesson work for payroll and approve timecards daily.
• Mentor, observe, coach, and provide feedback and evaluations of instructors.
• Lead safety standards within the department and ensure guest service excellence.
• Maintain staffing levels as directed by Location Manager and Sr. Manager.
• Operate and understand Ski School tools and reporting modules.
