Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort Llc is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for the 2026/2027 winter season. This full-time role supports the guest services team across tickets, reservations, guest services, and sales, guiding staff and ensuring a welcoming, safe guest experience on-site at the mountain.

The supervisor will handle inquiries, train colleagues, oversee reservation duties, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate daily closeouts while maintaining Brundage Mountain Resort

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to present information clearly in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with reservation or POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house tasks such as responding to voicemails, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues, resolving conflicts calmly.
• Delegate tasks to guest services, ticketing, and reservations staff.
• Train staff on Brundage Mountain Resort products and brand.
• Oversee reservations activities (catskiing, snowmobiling, lockers).
• Support group lift tickets and billing processes.
• Ensure accuracy of daily closeouts and POS transactions.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain department appearance.
• Assist in scheduling and inventory of department supplies.
