Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort Llc is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage daily store operations, train staff, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will lead scheduling, coaching, inventory, and merchandising while supporting sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring retail supervisory experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office skills. Weekend/evening availability and rugged environment readiness preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach employees and promote a positive team culture.
• Retail, outdoor, ski, or resort experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass driving history inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of one retail location.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and support retail team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest-focused assistance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Place merchandise orders and communicate needs to the Retail Manager.
• Create attractive displays and maintain store appearance.
• Review sales reports to identify trends and inventory needs.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Support loss prevention and follow cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments for events and promotions.
