Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Co-op in Maintenance Engineering at our Columbus, Ohio plant. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting TPM, Lean initiatives, and equipment startups while coordinating downtime and improvements with site leadership.

The program runs January 4 – May 21, 2027, full-time 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Columbus plant. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time program in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; PLC programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing operational plans and projects, including TPM and Lean activities.
• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost targets.
• Analyze downtime data and track action plans using lean methods.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and document project outcomes.
