This 40-hour/week program runs January 4–May 2027, onsite at Spartanburg. You will support projects from concept through implementation, collaborate cross-functionally, and learn equipment

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related field
• Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor and work in a manufacturing setting
• Interest in technical and operational aspects of food and beverage production
• Excitement to work with innovative technologies and equipment beyond traditional K-Cup manufacturing processes
• Interest in problem solving and independent work independently

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Assist with equipment validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement

Education

Undergraduate enrolled in full-time program majoring in Food Science/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related field
