Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Co-op for Winter 2027 in Columbus, OH. You will support regulatory and safety programs while gaining hands-on EHS experience in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include leading incident response, regulatory tracking, and cross-functional project work, with mentorship and professional development opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person, winter co-op role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Must be able to work in Columbus, OH for 40 hours per week Jan 4–May 21, 2027.
• Must be work authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership during EHS incidents by assessing risks and guiding corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain accurate EHS documentation.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and improve EHS management systems and coach teams on compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and assessments for policy and procedure adherence.
• Analyze audit findings to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to strengthen EHS awareness and accountability.
• Gain hands-on experience through exposure to strategic EHS initiatives.
