Job summary

The Winter 2027 Co-op – Maintenance & Reliability at Keurig Dr Pepper invites you to join a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment. Roles can be located in Burlington, MA or other U.S. sites, with hybrid work and up to 50% travel from January 4 to May 21, 2027.

You will write maintenance documents, develop work instructions, analyze downtime data, support TPM implementation, and participate in Lean activities and Kaizen events while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program in Engineering or related field.
• Strong organization, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with TPM concepts and lean activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write work instructions and preventive maintenance documents.
• Create pivot tables and analyze data.
• Assist with TPM implementation and Lean activities.
• Develop and improve autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams.
• Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methods.
