Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is offering a two-week Wintership internship in Los Angeles, CA. You will work with expert buying teams, gaining hands-on experience in the office and market, and exploring what it takes to buy brands customers want at great values.

The program runs Monday–Friday in-person during business hours, with potential for future full-time opportunities after successful completion. The hourly rate is $22.00.

Qualifications

• A passion for product and an interest in weaving a story out of numbers!
• You understand retail math and have strong analytical skills.
• You are proficient in Excel and familiar with MS Office.
• You graduate with your bachelor’s degree December 2026-May 2027.
• You are available to work the full program, Monday – Friday, in-person during traditional business hours.

Responsibilities

• Observe the administrative and operational functions supporting a designated Buyer.
• Analyze and interpret key business issues as directed by supervisor including the monitoring of regional merchandise reports, Open‑to‑Buy monitoring, and stock analysis.
• Attend market appointments and competitive shopping trips.
• Learn our merchandising systems and gain understanding of warehouse processes.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through sharing information with buyer as a result of competitive shopping, shopping Ross Stores, and the market.
