The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, UT is seeking an AM Buffet Attendant for the winter season. This full-time, seasonal role supports the hotel’s dining outlets by maintaining the buffet area, restocking items, and engaging with guests to discuss food options.

You will work weekends, obtain the necessary alcohol service certification or food permit if required, and join Hyatt’s hospitality team with strong training, employee benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local/state government.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buffet area cleanliness, including flatware and plates, and wipe spills.
• Ensure hot foods are topped up in a timely manner.
• Engage with guests to discuss food options and answer questions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.
