The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, located in the Deer Valley ski resort near Park City, seeks experienced Food and Beverage Servers for a full-time or seasonal role from November 2026 to April 2027. You will present guest menu selections, build menu knowledge, and deliver a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should be at least 21, with refined communication, physical stamina, and prior service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must have current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required.

Responsabilités

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and make recommendations from offerings.
• Engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by style and service attributes.
• General restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
