Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, UT, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks Food and Beverage Servers for a PM shift in a full-time/part-time seasonal role from November 2026 through April 2027. You will present guest menu selections, share recommendations, and help create a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced resort setting.

Previous server experience is preferred; must be 21+, able to stand long hours, and obtain required alcohol/service permits. Housing may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Alcohol server certification/food service permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present beverage and food preferences.
• Gain knowledge of menu and provide recommendations from offerings.
• Engage guests with casual conversation and craft the restaurant experience by service style.
• Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.
