Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Winter 2027 Process Engineer Co-op in Knoxville, TN.

This full‑time, in‑person position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and opportunities to lead small projects while learning DMS, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement. As a student pursuing chemical, industrial, mechanical engineering, or related fields, you will support safety, quality, and cost targets, prepare reports, and develop skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or

Qualifications

Undergraduate student in a full‑time program, majoring in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related manufacturing field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication skills including written and verbal.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt to changes.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS and new equipment startups.
Assist with TPM implementation and Lean activities, including Kaizen events and autonomous/preventive maintenance workstreams.
Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost targets.
Prepare standard reports and communicate results to all levels, including senior management.
Complete project tasks such as writing/verifying specs and maintaining documentation.
