Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Winery Server, Tasting Room to warmly greet guests and serve beverages in a guest‑centric environment. This part‑time, on‑site role requires knowledge of state liquor laws, the ability to carry trays, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred and a hospitality focus.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible service requirements.
• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs in crowded spaces.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using a POS system during service.

Responsibilities

• Hospitably greet, prepare and serve drinks to guests according to beverage standards.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate rules for serving alcohol.
• Prepare station for readiness before opening and after closing shifts.
• Follow cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by HEI Hotels and Resorts.
• Complete side work as scheduled and maintain attendance expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
