Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in North Georgia is seeking a hospitality-focused bartender to join our bar team. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks, greet guests and ensure smooth service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong guest communication and service skills.
• Basic math for cash handling and POS.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
• Stock and garnish fresh fruit, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests, take and present drink orders.
• Input orders into POS and balance transactions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate alcohol laws.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and deposits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
