Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Winery Dishwasher for an on-call, flexible position. You will wash, store, and manage glassware, flatware, and dishes while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen area for the tasting room and related spaces.

The role emphasizes organization, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior food/beverage experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest service environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work under a deadline.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes, glassware, and silverware properly.
• Clean sink, dishwasher, and kitchen area after every shift.
• Keep tasting room counters stocked with clean glasses.
• Sweep and mop floors daily.
• Help maintain the dish-washing machine.
• Empty all garbage and clean cans at end of each shift.
• Assist in daily cleaning of all food and beverage areas as instructed.
• Assist others in receiving and storing items.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Ensure sanitation, health, and safety standards are maintained.
