Job summary

The Inn on Biltmore is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our team. The role focuses on washing and storing dishes, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and supporting the leadership and department with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all dishes, glassware, and silverware properly.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils after every shift.
• Operate and monitor dish machine; perform daily cleaning of food and beverage areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries; help keep back areas tidy.
• Support leadership and team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
