Responsibilities

• Clean and store pots, pans, and utensils.
• Clean sink and pots area after each shift.
• Wash and store dishes, glassware and silverware properly.
• Maintain floor cleanliness via mopping and sweeping.
• Clean dish machine.
• Empty garbage and clean cans when needed.
• Daily cleaning of all food and beverage areas as instructed.
• Assist with receiving and storing items from deliveries and rotate stock.
• Maintain rear receiving and trash areas in a clean, orderly fashion.
