Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous harvest or winery experience required.
• Able to observe and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail; follow-through on assignments and projects.
• Able to adapt to changing production schedules and pressures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine winemaking tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness, GMP and sanitation in the work area.
• Communicate with cellar staff and other departments (lab, winemaking, bottling, EH&S).
• Assist in transfer, racking, blending, and filtration of wines and juices.
• Operate winery process machinery safely; perform safety and quality audits as needed.
