Job summary

The Wine Group is seeking a Cellar Crew 1 Racker and Blender (Swing) at Woodbridge, CA. This role supports blending, racking, and line setup in a fast-paced winery environment during harvest season.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, transferring wine, reading gauges, and following SOPs while maintaining safety standards. Evening shift, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 21 years or older at hire.
• English literacy and ability to complete paperwork.
• Ability to learn corporate and department safety programs.
• Must pass all required testing.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must maintain valid forklift certification.
• Adheres to The Wine Group core values in decision making.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blend wine types in tanks and rack to separate fluids and lees.
• Set up lines for the chiller and transfer product.
• Gauge levels, wash tanks, and operate transfer pumps.
• Move pumps and hoses; operate forklift.
• Follow work orders and safety SOPs.
• Work overtime and weekends during harvest.
