Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years winery & forklift experience in production environment.
• Ability to prioritize, manage workflow, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in ERP software systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct riddling functions by hand and mechanical means in method champenoise.
• Operate and safely use transfer robot, mixer, and Gyro machines.
• Maintain riddling and transfer equipment including changeovers and light repairs.
• Transfer and track bottles, cages, and bins in the Mix‑Riddle department.
• Deliver riddled wines to the disgorge line to support bottling operations.
• Manage inventory control of tirage and riddled inventory.
• Assist data entry and reporting of riddle movements/transactions internally and externally.
• Ensure quality control and traceability of tirage and riddled inventory.
• Troubleshoot quality and inventory issues; participate in investigations.
• Provide back-up support on stations for disgorge and tirage bottling operations.
• Move products with forklift; coordinate and/or deliver goods/documents between departments.
• Uphold sustainability practices; inspections/audits and notify supervisor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
