Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to greet guests, share wine knowledge, and guide them through our wine club and retail offerings. You’ll help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and ongoing wine education and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, share wine knowledge, and guide them through our offerings.
• Restock and maintain product displays; support carryout and guest service in other areas.
• Follow steps of service and communicate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and promote the Wine Club.
