Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Winery Stockroom Worker I in Asheville to stock wine and merchandise, manage inventory, and support the Retail team in a fast-paced setting. You will handle displays, restocking, and guest assistance throughout shifts that typically run 7am–3pm, 2–4 days per week, with weekends and evenings required.

The role includes processing deliveries from the Retail Central Warehouse, operating the POS, and maintaining stockroom organization.

Qualificações

• Previous retail, inventory, and/or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior retail inventory or guest service experience in an upscale/luxury setting.

Responsabilidades

• Stock items throughout the day to ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked.
• Track inventory and displays to determine restocking needs.
• Ensure items are properly displayed and maintain display integrity.
• Process and distribute wine and merchandise deliveries from the Retail Central Warehouse & Wine Production.
• Answer radio calls from the sales floor and assist guests at registers.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with locating merchandise.
• Assist guests with transportation and loading of large items to their vehicle.
• Operate stockroom bin maintenance and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain and prepare food & drink samples for the Winery and Retail Outlets.
