Total Wine & More in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and develop a sales/service culture focused on best-in-class experiences. You will lead by example, coach staff, and help resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws.

You will report to the store management team and contribute across service, merchandising, and front-end operations to hit KPIs and deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; physical ability for routine lifting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
