Total Wine & More in Lexington, KY is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to grow our brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive beverage experience. You will lead a sales-focused team, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold regulatory standards while driving profitability.

The role requires a 21+ environment and flexibility for evenings/weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to develop product knowledge and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including ongoing development.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
