Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member to provide outstanding customer service, engage customers, drive sales, and support store operations including merchandising, curbside pickup, and occasional deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory by stocking, building displays, and signing shelves.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services where applicable.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
