Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a Store Team Member in Citrus Park, FL. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with inventory, displays, and curbside pickup. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided; experience with POS and inventory software is preferred.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available. You must be at least 21, with 1–3 years of retail experience and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and signage.
• Support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving if assigned.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
