Total Wine & More in Sanford, FL is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and curbside orders. You will engage customers, advise on products, and help maintain inventory and displays.

The role may include responsibilities across front-end tasks, delivery support, and maintaining a safe store environment, with training in wine, spirits, and beer. Candidates should be at least 21 and able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory and support curbside and delivery services when assigned.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
