Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to drive sales and build customer relationships.
• Engage customers, advise on products, and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, end caps, and signage; stock merchandise.
• Fulfill orders and support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required and maintain store safety and compliance.
