Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Regular Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, assist with product recommendations, and support store operations including stocking, signage, and curbside orders.

Training in wine, spirits and beer is provided, with emphasis on promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and assist with curbside pick-up and delivery as needed.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and engage customers to drive sales.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge across wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required and follow company policies.
