Job summary

LOHR DISTRIBUTING is seeking a Full Time Sales position in Kansas City, MO. The role involves wine and spirits sales to restaurants, bars, and other retailers within the Kansas City territory.

You will call on accounts as scheduled and monitor sales activity to ensure top-tier service, while leveraging pricing knowledge to increase selling opportunities. The ideal candidate has route sales experience or a strong interest in wine and spirits, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of Wine and Spirits preferred but not required.
• Previous route sales experience preferred, e.g. Wine and Spirits and/or Beer companies; you will be calling on primarily On-Premise accounts.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license required.

• Wine and Spirits Sales to customers.
• Call on accounts as scheduled and monitor sales activity to service accounts at high level.
• Understand pricing to increase selling opportunities for Lohr Wine & Spirits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all accounts.
• Follow up with accounts with any concerns as necessary.
