Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and build relationships with customers. You may handle merchandising, front-end tasks, inventory, and fulfill online orders for in-store and curbside pickup, including deliveries if assigned.

Role involves training in wine, spirits, and beer, staying informed on ads and promotions, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment in accordance with laws and Total Wine policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Handle inventory tasks: freight, stocking, displays, end caps, signage.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and maintain store safety and compliance.
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, and overall storefront appearance.
