Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with guests, and drive sales while advising them on wine, spirits, and beer. You will stock shelves, build displays, process freight, and support digital orders, curbside pickup, and occasional deliveries under supervision.

Work includes merchandising, front-end duties, and other tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build relationships, and advise on products to drive sales.
• Maximize inventory: process freight, stock and display items, signage.
• Fulfill orders and support in-store, curbside pickup, and delivery as assigned.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
