Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support merchandising including displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.
