Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking cheerful Store Team Members to engage customers, advise on products, and drive sales. You may handle merchandising, front-end duties, and seasonal responsibilities while reporting to store management. Roles include stocking, assisting with orders, and ensuring a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and supporting curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
