Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member in Kennesaw, GA to welcome customers, drive sales, and support store operations. Internally called Service Team Members, you will engage customers, assist with inventory, and help with curbside pickup and deliveries if required.

You will participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and assist with merchandising, signage, and POS duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to build relationships.
• Inform customers about products and promotions and train to gain product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and curbside/ in-store pickup and deliveries if assigned.
