Total Wine & More in Brookhaven, GA is hiring for a Seasonal Service Team Member. You will greet customers, advise on wine, beer and spirits, and help with curbside pickup and deliveries where needed.

The role includes stocking, merchandising, and operating in-store software to support sales and promotions. You will participate in training to deepen product knowledge, maintain a clean, compliant store, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
