Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Territory Sales/Marketing professional in California to drive distribution of wine and spirits. You will strategize sales plans, cultivate relationships with decision makers, and negotiate local purchasing agreements.

Travel is significant, with events and tastings to support growth. The role requires at least 2 years in marketing or sales, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years marketing or sales experience.
• Restaurant or wine shop experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a marketing and sales strategy to grow distribution.
• Maintains routine contact with key decision makers.
• Negotiate and manage local purchasing contracts.
• Provide timely educational programs and materials.
• Work with District Manager to monitor sales and market penetration.
• Participate in wine education events, tastings and dinners.
• Coordinate with accounting to resolve billing in territory.
• Communicate with Customer Service on orders and shipping needs.
• Meet goals promptly and reliably.
• Arrive on time for work and meetings.
