Qualifications

• Candidates should have customer service experience in retail.
• Ability to engage customers and advise on products.
• Comfort with POS systems and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital operations including curbside pickup and deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and traffic laws if delivery is required.
