Total Wine & More seeks store team members in Prescott, AZ to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support online operations. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and help with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.

Training is provided to deepen wine and beverage knowledge and loyalty program familiarity. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with alcohol laws, and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
