Job summary

Total Wine & More in Prescott, AZ is hiring for an All Store Team Member role, serving as Merchandiser and supporting both in-store and online operations. You will drive merchandising, restock, and customer interactions, building product knowledge through training in wine, spirits, and beer.

A strong ability to lift, multitask, and work evenings/weekends is valued. You may handle deliveries and pick-ups, assist with signage and promotions, and maintain store safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Merchandise displays, end caps, signage, and curbside/delivery support.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform about products and services.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery, if assigned.
