Job summary

Total Wine & More in Sanford, NC is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and advise customers on wines, spirits, and beers. You will stock shelves, fulfill orders for pickup/delivery, and keep the store safe and compliant with alcohol regulations.

You will engage customers, learn product details through training, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize inventory across the store.
• Pull and stock merchandise and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Greet customers and provide product guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe, compliant store environment and adherence to alcohol regulations.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks as needed.
