Job summary

Total Wine & More in Sanford, FL is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and merchandise inventory, while supporting online business operations. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services. Training in wine, spirits and beer is provided, with adherence to laws governing alcohol sales and safety. Deliveries may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders, including stocking and displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety and legal requirements for alcohol sales.
