Job summary

Total Wine & More in Orlando is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, advise on products, and help drive sales. You will greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about promotions, loyalty programs, and available delivery options.

The role includes stocking and merchandising, processing orders, supporting curbside pickup, and working with the store team to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand 8-10 hours daily.
• Lift, load, and handle cases up to 50 lbs; climb ladders.
• Must adapt to outdoor weather conditions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with shoppers.
• Deliver orders and assist with curbside pickup and delivery where required.
• Stock, merchandise, and build displays; process freight and signage.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Support cross-functional duties and participate in training programs.
