Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Merchandisers in Sanford, FL. You will support merchandise, inventory, and online pickup/delivery operations while delivering friendly customer service. The role may include sales, front-end tasks, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
