Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member to support store operations, engage customers, and drive sales. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling orders, including curbside and delivery duties when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service, and familiarity with POS systems. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting curbside pickup and deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training and stay updated on promotions.
