Job summary

Total Wine & More in Laurel, MD, is hiring Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and handle inventory. You may assist with curbside pickup and deliveries, and participate in wine, beer, and spirits training to build product knowledge.

You will greet customers, advise on products, maintain clean, compliant store operations, and support promotions and loyalty programs while performing assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving if assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliant store standards.
• Support with cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
