Total Wine & More in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising, curbside pickup, and delivery when required.

You will greet customers, build product knowledge through training, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and support promotions, loyalty programs, and inventory tasks as part of a versatile retail team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers to drive sales and build relationships.
• Merchandise products, stock shelves, build displays and end caps, and support signage and promotions.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
