Total Wine & More in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, fulfill online orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery. The role emphasizes greeting customers, driving product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

You will support in-store operations, participate in product trainings, and ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs are communicated to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and merchandising abilities.
• Experience with inventory control and stock replenishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store, curbside pick-up, and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function).
